BAVBD contribution: As an expert in tick-borne pathogens and tick-borne disease ecology I can offer expertise, and actively seeking knowledge transfer in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS).

My role can encompass a diverse array of responsibilities and contributions. This includes serving as an expert consultant and advisor, where I provide insights on the latest diagnostic techniques and guide research and policy development. My involvement also extends to conducting training and workshops to share my specialized knowledge. In terms of research and development, I collaborate on projects that leverage NGS techniques to advance our understanding of microbial ecology, contributing to crucial data analysis and interpretation.

Networking and knowledge sharing are key aspects of my role, involving participation in conferences, seminars, and contributing to relevant publications, thereby enhancing the society's reputation. My role further involves forging partnerships with academic institutions and industry for collaborative projects and access to advanced resources. As mentor, I focus on guiding the next generation of professionals and developing educational materials. Through these multifaceted roles, I aim to drive forward the understanding and management of tick-borne diseases, leveraging the power of NGS technology.
